Where such circumvention is identified, Felixspin may:

• restrict access to the account;
• temporarily suspend or permanently close the account;

• deduct compensation for damages from the available balance.

Supported Currencies

The main internal currency of the platform is the euro. Additional currencies may be available depending on the user account and selected payment method.

Felixspin is not a bank and does not provide an independent currency exchange service. Funds held in a player account do not earn interest.

When a payment is made in another currency, banks, card issuers or payment providers may apply their own conversion rates and charges. The amount actually charged may therefore differ slightly from the amount shown on the platform.

The list may be changed in response to updated payment, security or regional restrictions.

Anyone who opens an account, deposits or plays despite an applicable restriction does so at their own risk. In such circumstances, Felixspin cannot guarantee the successful processing of deposits, refunds or withdrawals.

Registration and Use of the Player Account

A personal user account must be created before real-money bets can be placed.

All mandatory registration fields must be completed accurately and truthfully. The user is responsible for keeping their information current and reporting changes without unnecessary delay.

False, incomplete or misleading information may result in rejection of the registration, restriction of account functionality or account closure.

Login Credentials

During registration, the user selects a username and password. These credentials must be kept confidential and protected against access by other persons.

The user must not share login details with family members, friends, business partners or any other person.

Any action performed after a successful login using the correct credentials may be attributed to the account holder.

Felixspin is not responsible for losses caused by the voluntary, negligent or accidental disclosure of login details unless the damage resulted from wrongful conduct by the operator.

One Account per User

Only one user account is generally permitted per person, household, device and IP address.

Additional accounts may be treated as duplicate accounts and closed. Winnings, bonus funds and other benefits obtained through such accounts may be declared invalid and removed.

Felixspin may decide which account is treated as the original account and which account is treated as a duplicate.

Transfer and Sale of Accounts

User accounts must not be sold, gifted, rented, transferred or taken over by another person.

Funds cannot be transferred directly between player accounts. Users may not receive payments from other players into their accounts or make internal transfers to other accounts.

User Account Security

The transmission of certain information is protected through technical encryption methods. Customer information is treated confidentially and is not sold for independent advertising purposes.

The user must immediately report suspicious account activity, unknown login attempts or unauthorized transactions.

Felixspin may temporarily block access, reset the password or request additional documents where a security concern exists.

Game and Transaction Errors

Technical, human or system-related errors may occur in rare circumstances. These may include incorrectly displayed odds, incorrect payouts, inaccurate game results or funds credited by mistake.

Felixspin may cancel a bet affected by an error or recalculate it using the conditions that would have applied at the time the bet was placed if the error had not occurred.

Amounts or winnings credited to a user by mistake remain the property of the operator and may be deducted from the account balance.

Where such funds have already been withdrawn, the user may be required to repay them.

Duty to Report Errors

A user who identifies a possible error, vulnerability or incomplete software function must not attempt to benefit from it.

The issue must be reported without delay. Deliberate exploitation may result in the confiscation of winnings, closure of the account and a claim for compensation.

Manipulation of the Platform

Any attempt to manipulate games, transactions, technical systems or results is prohibited.

Where reasonable suspicion exists, Felixspin may withhold payments, suspend the account, cancel winnings and take other appropriate measures.

Serious manipulation attempts may be documented and reported to appropriate parties where necessary.

Deposits

Participation in real-money games is possible only where sufficient available funds are held in the account.

For most supported payment methods, the minimum deposit is 20 EUR or the equivalent amount in another supported currency.

A different minimum may apply to individual payment methods. The applicable amount is displayed in the payment section of the user account.

Availability of Deposited Funds

Deposits are credited to the player account within a reasonable period after confirmation by the payment provider.

Previous deposits must be fully confirmed before a withdrawal can be processed.

Acceptance of a deposit does not mean that all identity and security checks have been completed. Felixspin may carry out additional checks after a successful deposit.

Payment Methods in the User’s Own Name

The user may use only payment methods that personally belong to them and are registered in their own name.

The name of the cardholder, bank account holder or electronic payment account holder must match the name registered in the Felixspin account.

The following payment arrangements are prohibited:

• cards or accounts belonging to another person;
• joint accounts controlled by additional persons;
• business or corporate accounts;
• family accounts;

Amounts deposited through an unauthorized payment method may be withheld, reversed or blocked for review.

Cryptocurrency Deposits

When depositing cryptocurrency, the minimum amount displayed on the deposit page must be observed.

Deposits below the minimum amount may not be processed, credited to the account or returned.

The user must also verify that the selected cryptocurrency and network correspond to the specified receiving address.

Where cryptocurrency is sent to an address on an incorrect network, Felixspin is generally not required to recover the funds.

Technical recovery may be considered only for amounts exceeding 5,000 EUR. A processing fee of 0.1 BTC may be charged for such an attempt. Successful recovery is not guaranteed.

Cryptocurrency Deposit Limits

Due to the technical characteristics of certain cryptocurrencies, not all deposit limits can be applied directly to the transaction.

Users who wish to control their spending should use other available limits or payment methods.

Bonus Funds

Felixspin may offer individual users bonus funds, free spins or other promotional benefits.

The amount, availability, validity period and wagering requirements of a bonus are determined by the specific bonus terms.

Where real funds and bonus funds are available at the same time, the applicable rules may require real funds to be used first.

Withdrawing or transferring the original deposit before the bonus requirements have been fulfilled may result in:

• removal of the bonus funds;
• cancellation of winnings generated through the bonus;
• expiration of pending free spins or bonus features;
• termination of the active promotion.

Users must review the conditions of each promotion before activating or using a bonus.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 EUR or the equivalent amount in another supported currency.

Withdrawal to the Original Payment Method

Where the withdrawal exceeds the total amount previously deposited, the remaining amount may be paid through another available method.

Processing Time

Internal processing of a withdrawal request may take up to 72 hours.

After approval, the actual transfer time depends on the selected payment method, the bank and the relevant payment provider.

Bank transfers may occasionally incur additional charges imposed by intermediary banks. Such costs are beyond the control of Felixspin.

Additional bank fees may be limited to the equivalent of 16 EUR.

Large Winnings

Where a user wins more than 10,000 EUR or 10,000 USD, Felixspin may divide the payout into monthly instalments.

Each monthly instalment may be limited to a maximum of 10,000 EUR or 10,000 USD until the entire amount has been paid.

Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits may apply.

Users with a higher customer or loyalty level may receive increased limits. The current personal limit is displayed in the withdrawal section of the account.

Wagering of Deposited Funds

Before a withdrawal is processed, the active deposited amount must generally be wagered at least three times.

This requirement helps identify unusual transactions and prevents the account from being used improperly as a payment or money-transfer service.

Taxes and Charges

The user is solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, fees or other charges applicable to winnings.

Felixspin does not provide individual tax advice.

Verification Before Withdrawals

Felixspin may conduct identity and security checks during the first withdrawal request and at any later time.

The verification process may include:

• identity card or passport;
• driving licence;
• recent proof of address;
• bank statement;
• proof of the payment card used;

Felixspin may request additional documents or explanations before or after deposits and withdrawals.

The verification methods and internal results do not have to be disclosed to the user in full.

Consequences of Failing to Cooperate

A user who does not provide requested information within the required period or in an acceptable form breaches these Terms and Conditions.

Felixspin may then:

• temporarily block deposits and withdrawals;
• withhold or cancel winnings;
• restrict the account;
• permanently close the account;
• apply other appropriate security measures.

Cancellations and Refunds

Game stakes are consumed immediately after confirmation. Completed games are not generally eligible for cancellation or reimbursement.

A refund may be considered only after an individual review and subject to the applicable conditions.

Documents Required for a Refund Review

The following documents may be requested:

• photographs of both sides of an identity document;
• a driving licence or another valid identity document;
• proof of address issued within the previous 90 days;
• a utility bill;
• an official document;
• a bank document or bank statement;
• proof of the payment method used.

An original digital document may be accepted where it is complete, unaltered and clearly readable.

Refund Processing Period

A refund decision may take up to seven business days.

Where a refund is approved, further processing should be completed within 48 hours after the decision.

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonuses may be removed before the refundable amount is calculated.

Refunds to Payment Cards

Where a payment card was used to fund the account, Felixspin may process withdrawals up to the amount originally deposited as refunds to that card.

Amounts exceeding the total card deposits may be paid through an alternative available payment method.

Where a card transaction is considered a significant security risk, it may be returned to the original card.

Responsible Gambling

Felixspin provides various functions that users can use to control their gambling activity.

These may include:

• self-exclusion.

Self-Exclusion

After a valid self-exclusion request, the affected account will be closed and blocked from further gambling.

Felixspin will take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of additional accounts. The user remains responsible for not opening new accounts during the exclusion period.

Felixspin cannot be held responsible for losses incurred through accounts that were not identified or were created using different details.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive where the user has not logged in for 12 consecutive months.

A monthly administration fee of 10 EUR or the equivalent amount may be charged where an inactive account has a positive balance.

Where the remaining balance is lower than 10 EUR, the fee may be limited to the available amount.

The fee may be charged from the beginning of the month following the classification of the account as inactive.

The deductions stop when:

• the account is reactivated;
• the balance reaches zero;
• the account is closed.

Costs arising from the repayment of a remaining balance may be borne by the user.

Closing a User Account

A user may request account closure through customer support.

Before closure, pending games, bonus requirements, withdrawals and verification checks may need to be completed.

Any available withdrawable balance will be returned through an appropriate payment method after successful verification.

Verification During Account Closure

Felixspin may request additional evidence during the account closure process to prevent fraud, money laundering, identity misuse and other prohibited activities.

Current documents, an interview, proof of the source of funds or a photograph with an identity document may be requested even where the account was verified previously.

Closure by Felixspin

Felixspin may close a user account at its discretion and return the remaining withdrawable balance after deducting permitted charges.

Prior notice or a detailed explanation may not always be required, particularly where security, fraud or misuse concerns exist.

Limitation of Liability

The user acknowledges that participation in games involves the risk of losing the entire amount wagered.

Felixspin is generally not responsible for losses or damage arising directly or indirectly from:

• writing, printing or translation errors;
• misunderstandings or incorrect displays;
• technical failures;
• transmission errors;
• registration errors;
• obvious system errors;
• interruption or cancellation of a game;
• force majeure;
• breaches of these Terms by the user;
• actions of other persons;

• internet connection interruptions;

Felixspin is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when this agreement was entered into.

To the extent permitted, total liability relating to a particular bet is limited to the amount of that bet.

Anti-Fraud Measures

Felixspin applies a strict anti-fraud approach and uses various technical and organizational controls.

Suspicious or fraudulent activities may include:

• collusion with other players;
• fraud against other platforms or payment providers;
• unauthorized payment chargebacks;
• denial of payments that were actually made;
• creation of multiple accounts;

• exploitation of technical errors;

• restrict account functions;
• temporarily suspend the account;
• permanently close the account;
• withhold or cancel winnings;
• remove bonus funds;
• deduct compensation for damages from the account balance;
• take other appropriate measures.

Felixspin determines whether a breach has occurred based on available information, gaming records, documents and transaction data.

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.

Intellectual Property

The platform design, software, texts, graphics, logos, game elements, databases and other content are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights.

Users may view the content and store it on a compatible device only to the extent technically necessary for personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited Use of Content

Without explicit permission, users must not:

• remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices;
• copy, publish or redistribute content;
• edit, alter, mix or remix materials;
• use content commercially with commentary or voice recordings;
• publicly perform or broadcast content;
• embed content into third-party websites or services;
• sell or distribute materials to third parties;
• use content to generate advertising or subscription revenue;
• create large content archives for other persons;
• decompile, inspect or recreate the software;
• circumvent protective mechanisms.

Any use that infringes the rights of Felixspin or third parties is prohibited.

Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the binding agreement between Felixspin and the user regarding use of the platform.

Where an individual provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

Failure by Felixspin to exercise a particular right does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right.

By continuing to use the platform, the user confirms that they understand these Terms and independently comply with all requirements applicable to them.
